Terms of Use

Effective 2026-10-16. Inkpic is provided by PRODUCTIVITY TOOLS LIMITED, Hong Kong ("we"). Using the app means you accept these terms.

The service

The app turns a photo you choose into a printable black-and-white coloring page using an AI image model from OpenAI. Results vary with the photo. The AI provider may refuse a photo under its safety policies; a refused photo does not use up a page.

Your photos

Choose only photos you own or have permission to use. Do not upload unlawful content or content that violates other people's rights. You keep all rights to your photos and to the pages made from them. Pages are for personal, non-commercial use. Photos are not stored; see the Privacy Policy.

Free pages and subscription

Every new install gets two free pages. After that, a monthly subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store gives the number of pages shown on the purchase screen for each billing month. Unused pages do not carry over, and a new billing month starts a new count. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled in your store account; refunds follow the store's policy. Use "Restore purchases" after reinstalling or changing phones.

Fair use

We may limit or block use that looks automated or abusive, and we may change limits or prices for future purchases.

Reporting content

If a generated page is offensive or wrong, use "Report" in the app or email us.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous month. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
